How do I connect with a customer?Connecting with a customer on Groovit is a straightforward process. To initiate the connection, navigate to the "Customers" section on the homepage of your account. There, you can create a new customer by filling out the provided form with the necessary details. Once you submit the form, your customer will appear in the Customers section. Under actions you will find an activation email button. Click on it and follow the process. Your customer will receive the invitation and can access the Groovit. app by clicking on the provided link. This will allow them to start playing the curated music you have prepared for them, providing them with a seamless and enjoyable music experience.

Does the Groovit app support offline playback?While the Groovit app does not support offline playback, it does feature a caching function. This means that once songs are downloaded, they are stored in the cache, allowing future playback of these songs when listening to playlists, even without an internet connection. This caching ensures that venues with poor or temporarily disrupted internet connections can continue to enjoy uninterrupted music playback.

Can my customers request specific songs or have on-demand options?The Groovit app operates as an internet radio platform for your customers. Each of your customers will have their own unique calendar, where you can schedule playlists to be broadcasted based on their specific working hours. Currently, we do not provide on-demand options to ensure the integrity of the music program you have curated. However, we are continuously working on improving our platform, and offering on-demand features to your customers is something we are exploring for future updates.

How does my subscription work?Upon subscribing to Groovit, you'll gain access to the freemium model of our app, allowing you to utilize all features except broadcasting. Additionally, activating a customer account grants you a 7-day trial period for that account. Upon trial expiration, a fee of 25€/month is applied for each activated customer account.

Do my customers need to pay to use the Groovit app?No, your customers can use Groovit for free. We do not charge them any fees to access and use the app. However, it is up to you to determine how you want to charge your customers for your services as a curator.

What happens if i dont pay my subscription?If you fail to pay your subscription fee, your account will become inactive, and your customers will not be able to access and play your playlists. However, we understand that circumstances can arise, and we provide a grace period of 90 days during which your account data will be saved on our server. Within this period, you can reactivate your account at any time by paying your subscription fee. Once the grace period expires, your data will be permanently deleted from our server, and you will no longer have access to your account.
